How do I apply for a job at SOE?
Please refer to the jobs section of our website for a list of current opportunities. If you find a position that you are interested in and qualify for, please apply directly. If you have interest in more than one position, please submit your resume for each.

Do you have internships or summer jobs?
We have a formal summer internship program and post our intern openings to our jobs website for our studios in March of each year. Students need to be in their third year of college with a GPA of 3.0 or higher to qualify.

What happens if the position I want is not being advertised?
SOE is always looking for talented individuals to join our teams. We encourage you to submit your resume and cover letter to resume@soe.sony.com. Please note that all current positions are posted to our jobs page of our website. If you apply for a position that is not currently posted, we may not be able to respond until an appropriate position becomes open.

What is your hiring process and how long does it take?
We strive to hire the best and brightest for each position. Please allow us a few weeks to review your resume and make a decision on your application as we do review each and every submission. So, if your skills are a good match for SOE, you will hear from us! Unfortunately, with the volume of resumes we receive, we cannot respond to each and every resume if we have passed on your application.

Do you recruit at schools?
Yes we do. We work with a variety of schools near our studios to meet students as they are nearing graduation. Some of the schools we have hired from recently include: The Art Institute (various locations), Digipen in Seattle, SMU Guildhall in Dallas, Full Sail University in Florida, Carnegie Mellon University in Pennsylvania, University of Washington and University of Advancing Technologies in Arizona.
